Phase I will be the creation and delivery of tutorial materials--reference sheets, study guides. Phase II will see the addition of e-learning courses. Phase III will be moving into distance-learning delivery. Phase IV will see the "Institute" become an "University".

Now, my children are almost grown and it's time form me to do something new.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm planning to earn a PhD--because it's something I have wanted to do since high school.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But, in the meantime, I am going to start a school.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;The Terrell Institute&lt;/b&gt;, which may one day become &lt;b&gt;Byron B.
